United Against Diabetes
Team & Partnerships
Partnerships make our work possible. United Against Diabetes depends on collaboration with medical professionals, community leaders, student volunteers, and partner organizations who help expand access to diabetes education, screening, and support. By working together, we are able to bring resources directly to the communities that need them most.
Primary Partnership
Alameda County Health
Our work is made possible through our primary partnership with Alameda County Health. Through this collaboration, we are able to connect communities with essential health resources, expand access to diabetes education and screening, and support long-term care initiatives across the East Bay.
People
